Welcome to the Santex.io website (the "Site"), the fabrics and textiles that feature on Santex.io are offered to you by Century Textiles. Century Textiles is a registered company in Abu Dhabi, UAE and is governed according to Abu Dhabi and UAE law.

By accessing the Site, you confirm your understanding of the terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions of use, you shall not use this website. The Site reserves the right, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions of use at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on the Site with no other notice provided. Please check these Terms and Conditions of use regularly for updates. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to these Terms and Conditions of use constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Using our service

- You agree to indemnify us and all our employees from any claims, actions or demands resulting from you breaching these Terms and Conditions or misusing the Site.

- You agree that you are only authorized to visit, view and to retain a copy of pages of this Site for your own personal use, that you shall not duplicate, download, publish, modify or otherwise distribute the material on this Site for any purpose other than for personal use, unless otherwise specifically authorized by Century Textiles to do so. - If you search for or link to another site, you agree and understand that you may not make any claim against Century Textiles for any damages or losses, whatsoever, resulting from your use of the Site to obtain search results or to link to another site. - Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.

- United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile.

Purchases made on the Site

-The displayed price and currency will be the same price and currency charged to the credit card and printed on the transaction receipt.

- Century Textiles accepts payment by Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards in AED (United Arab Emirates dirhams) for its products and services. All online purchases are also governed by the terms and conditions of respective merchant service providers. The customer must retain the respective merchant service provider’s user agreement and privacy policy before entering any transaction and also retain record after any transaction. Interpretation. These Terms supersede all other written and oral communications or agreements with regard to the subject matters discussed in these Terms and Conditions. A waiver or modification of these Terms and Conditions will only be effective if made in writing signed by an authorized officer of Century Textiles. All refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment.

- If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.

Intellectual property/Copyright policy

- All intellectual property rights, whether registered or unregistered, in the Site, information content on the Site and all the website design, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, software, photos, video, music, sound, and their selection and arrangement, and all software compilations, underlying source code and software shall remain our property. Uploaded content by user

- By providing materials to Century Textiles, including by submitting or uploading content or materials for use on the Site you represent and warrant that you or the owner of all rights to such content or materials has expressly granted Century Textiles an irrevocable world–wide right in all languages and in perpetuity to use and exploit all or any part of the content and materials provided by you. Century Textiles may publish and distribute any such submitted content or materials at its sole discretion by any method now existing or later developed. You agree that you shall waive all claims and have no recourse against Century Textiles for any alleged or actual infringement or misappropriation of any proprietary rights in any communication, content or material submitted to Century Textiles. Any communication or materials you send to Century Textiles will be treated as non–confidential and nonproprietary and may be disseminated or used by Century Textiles for any purpose, including, but not limited to, developing, creating, manufacturing or marketing products or services.

Clauses of Terms and Conditions

- If any clause of the Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, void or unenforceable, the remaining clauses shall nevertheless continue in full force and effect.

Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctions countries

- The site will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

- The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards.
