Exchange and Refund Policy

At Santex.io (the "Site"), we want you to be completely satisfied with our work and effort. If the ordered fabric is faulty or there is an issue with measurement, the site will accept returns within 7 days of your delivery date. But we will not accept a return, if you change your mind.

Here are some scenarios in which we accept returns

- If the fabric you have purchased has a defect i.e. a hole or the ripped border.

- If the amount of meters received by the consumer is less than purchased.

Here are some scenarios in which we do not accept returns

- If consumer has a change of heart on the decided item they have purchased.

- If the fabric was removed from the original packing and used either by cutting it or trimming it.

- If the printed fabric's color result doesn't exactly match your expectations/digital view of the print, as we explain that print results are a close attempt to achieving the digital display color result and not an exact match. RGB display color space provides a wider gamut of colors than that of CMYK print color space, so print color results are a close approximation to the digital view.

Refunds (if applicable)

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or your santex balance.

- You can also get Santex credit, instead of crediting your credit card, to purchase other items on the site.

- Our return policy is applicable to items delivered within the UAE only. We are unable to process a return for items shipped to any other destination.

- Kindly note that we are unable to process a cash refund in any circumstance.

Cancellation Policy

- Consumers can cancel their order before 12 pm on following order processing day (Monday/Thursday) at the Santex store. We finish work at 8pm everyday except Sunday (holiday). After the order has been made, we have to process the order by printing the design on the fabric requested by the consumer. This is a print on demand service. Hence, make sure you know what you are purchasing and are completely satisfied with it.

- If we issue a return, we return the money in the original method of payment. We only accept payment through the online payment gateway using a credit card hence it will credited to your account or exchanged for Santex credit.

- It takes about 30 – 45 days to refund the money to your account in UAE.
